Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIME

  • We make our shipments from our office in Istanbul, our warehouse or all our relevant dealers within the borders of Turkey, depending on variable conditions.

  • Your orders placed until 16:00 on weekdays are delivered to the cargo on the same day.

  • If your order contains a personalized product, it may be delivered to cargo the next day, depending on the processing density.

  • We ship the orders we receive on Saturday and Sunday on Mondays.

STOCK INFORMATION
Products with an active “Buy” button are in stock or available for supply. In case of rare stock problems, you will be contacted via your contact numbers or e-mail. Completely fill your informations for us to reach you.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of origination.
